I've never been completely happy with my body but doing nothing won't help! Currently I'm a lost university student deciding to take some time off. I think once I learn to love myself, everything else will fall into place.

Determination

If you want to lose __ amount by __ amount of time. You need determination and self control.  June 6th I head to EDC (a crazy outdoor hot rave).. I want to be 130-135lbs by that time…

Meaning NOW I need to start dieting, or living a healthier lifestyle. I just ate a cupcake because it was free… That gives me 9 weeks. I’ve read that healthily you can lose 1-2lbs a week. That makes it possible for me… 

Food intake for today:

- Cupcake

- Tea

- Mixed Salad (pineapples, asparagus, avocado)

- apple cinnamon oatmeal

- Mixed nuts, piece of chocolate

- Glass of milk after gym
